Description

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys and legal professionals.
  • Start conversations, ask qualifying questions, and assess prospect interest.
  • Handle objections professionally and continue conversations until a meeting is booked or a clear decision is reached.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and coordinate availability across calendars.
  • Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared for the call.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and track lead progress and follow-up status.
  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences to re-engage interested prospects over time.
  • Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and outreach tools to manage prospect engagement.
  • Monitor key activity metrics such as outreach volume, booked appointments, and CRM accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, BDR, or sales development roles.
  • Strong outbound outreach experience.
  • Experience handling follow-ups and nurturing leads.
  • Excellent verbal English communication.
  • Confident objection-handling ability.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or professional services is preferred.
  • Agency or marketing services outreach experience is preferred.
  • Experience navigating gatekeepers or exposure to high-ticket sales is preferred.
