Description

  • Reach out to prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as role, industry, need, and budget alignment.
  • Confirm prospect interest and readiness before scheduling meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings using tools such as Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
  • Manage multiple calendars and time zones to ensure accurate bookings.
  • Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and reschedule appointments when needed.
  • Log outreach activity, lead statuses, notes, and appointment details in CRM systems.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives on target prospects and handoff details.
  • Track performance metrics such as calls, emails, appointments booked, and show rates, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Calendly, Chili Piper, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams in high-volume environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services, or knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or Challenger, is preferred.
