Description

  • Own and operate a ScaleSource vertical as a mini-business with responsibility for contract generation.
  • Build the core funnel, tracking system, and weekly scorecard/dashboard for the vertical.
  • Launch and manage lead generation, qualified call booking, and candidate pipeline development.
  • Build or improve funnel automations and workflow systems to reduce manual work and improve conversion.
  • Track CRM and ATS data from lead source through booked call, candidate readiness, and signed contract.
  • Coordinate sales and recruiting efforts to help close contracts and support fulfillment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify breakdowns, and implement fixes quickly based on data.
  • Lead a small pod of two team members as the vertical grows.
  • Use AI and automation tools aggressively to speed up operations and improve results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in at least two areas such as growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, recruiting operations, staffing, lead generation, funnel management, automation, startup operations, or business operations.
  • 2+ full years managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue.
  • 1+ year owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages.
  • Experience directly contributing to measurable outcomes such as booked calls, signed clients, hires, placements, onboardings, revenue, or contracts.
  • Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Experience improving at least one measurable conversion point inside a funnel.
  • Experience building dashboards, scorecards, reporting systems, or pipeline tracking.
  • Ability to work with CRM and ATS systems without making a mess.
  • Ability to use AI tools daily to move faster and reduce manual work.
  • Ability to lead a small pod of two team members.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing.
  • Ability to operate without constant handholding and make decisions from data.
  • Comfort being measured by scaler contracts generated.
  • Preferred experience in staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, BPO, remote staffing, SaaS, agencies, franchising, professional services, startup growth, revenue operations, funnel automation, LinkedIn lead generation, inbound sales processing, or candidate pipeline building.
  • Comfort with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, Google Sheets, Airtable, Workable, Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead411, Wyza, CRMs, ATS platforms, reporting dashboards, landing page builders, email tools, and workflow automation platforms.
