Description

  • Own hiring strategy and execution across the organization to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Partner with the executive team on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design.
  • Personally own full-cycle recruiting for the company’s most critical and senior roles.
  • Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive work, improve sourcing, and speed up screening.
  • Design and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and the tech stack.
  • Define, track, and act on hiring metrics to guide decisions and course corrections.
  • Improve candidate experience at every touchpoint so candidates leave the process with a positive impression.
  • Develop and strengthen employer branding so top talent understands and wants to join Panorama.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct or adjacent experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • At least 4 years leading TA teams or functions.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling recruiting strategy in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong builder mindset with experience improving broken processes and automating manual work.
  • Existing AI fluency, with a commitment to deepen AI expertise and apply it thoughtfully in recruiting.
  • Experience developing recruiters into senior recruiters and senior recruiters into leaders.
  • Comfort operating at the executive level and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Deep hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, including closing hard-to-fill hires personally.
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting, using metrics to steer decisions.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
