Description

  • Manage a team of recruiters and managers supporting manufacturing engineering and operations hiring needs.
  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
  • Partner with production floor leadership to forecast hiring capacity and manage shift-work staffing strategies.
  • Optimize interview-to-hire velocity across production hiring processes.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, manufacturing networks, trade schools, military transition programs, and referrals.
  • Build talent maps and market insights to guide sourcing and engagement strategy in competitive hardware and aerospace hubs.
  • Drive diverse hiring outcomes while ensuring an efficient, respectful, and positive candidate experience.
  • Represent Anduril’s brand and manufacturing career paths internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape the manufacturing value proposition and improve production hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record in high-volume manufacturing hiring.
  • 8+ years of experience partnering with senior manufacturing leaders and production stakeholders on talent strategy and site scaling.
  • 5+ years of experience mentoring or managing recruiters focused on manufacturing and technical pipelines.
  • Deep expertise hiring across manufacturing roles, including hourly skilled-trade roles and salaried roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience building a manufacturing talent acquisition function from the ground up for a greenfield factory or new facility launch (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ITAR policies related to manufacturing hiring practices (preferred).
  • Understanding of manufacturing compensation structures, shift differentials, and local labor market dynamics for skilled trades (preferred).
  • Experience improving conversion rates, reducing time-to-hire, and creating positive candidate experiences through consultative recruiting (preferred).
  • Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-changing production environment demands (preferred).
