Description

  • Manage the global Recruiting Coordination team and improve recruiting process efficiencies across the U.S. and EMEA.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal contingent workforce hiring needs.
  • Manage the background check process and oversee the vendor relationship.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define talent requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through candidate recommendation and interview coordination.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across phone, video, and in-person stages.
  • Administer skill assessments when applicable.
  • Assist with drafting and updating job descriptions.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and advise HR and hiring managers on market trends and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience as a people manager or in a recruiting leadership role.
  • Customer-service-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire candidates and new staff.
  • Deep commitment to compliance and the current regulatory environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Disciplined work style with a calm demeanor and affable sense of humor.
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, values, and objectives of the organization.
