Description

  • Lead and coach a team of 2–5 recruiters, including feedback, development, and performance support.
  • Own recruiting strategy across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions in partnership with department leaders.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles as a hands-on individual contributor.
  • Build hiring plans with department heads to translate headcount needs into executable recruiting pipelines.
  • Define, track, and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to expand talent pipelines and reduce reliance on inbound applicants.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies when needed.
  • Contribute to employer brand efforts and represent the company’s culture authentically to candidates.
  • Identify and implement process or program improvements to strengthen the recruiting function.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or management role.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven success filling technical and go-to-market roles in competitive markets.
  • Strong data orientation and ability to use pipeline metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to push back constructively while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Builder mentality with experience improving processes, building programs, or scaling a function.
  • Comfort with a hands-on recruiting approach, including leading searches directly when needed.
  • Preferred: experience at a high-growth startup, ideally Series B–D.
  • Preferred: familiarity with compensation benchmarking, offer strategy, and ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
