Description

  • Prospect, research, and qualify potential property owners for PadSplit hosting opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, networking, and other sales channels.
  • Lead discovery calls and meetings to understand property owner needs, goals, and concerns.
  • Present PadSplit’s value proposition, including revenue potential, simplified management, and social impact.
  • Build trust-based relationships with property owners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Customize hosting solutions using financial modeling, property suitability, and compliance considerations.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements for new PadSplit Host onboarding.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hosts.
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and legislative changes to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Host webinars or in-person educational sessions for property owners and address common misconceptions.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate or property management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong objection-handling, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is highly desirable.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, plus sales enablement and virtual communication tools.
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings, calls, and live presentations.
  • Ability to analyze market data, calculate ROI, and communicate financial benefits to prospects.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and onboarding.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
