Description

  • Partner with Revenue leadership to design and operationalize a scalable post-live enablement strategy.
  • Build, refine, and scale playbooks, scripts, and curricula that improve team performance and customer conversations.
  • Create practical tools, training, and guidance that help teams reduce churn and increase revenue retention.
  • Translate customer health insights, retention metrics, and engagement data into targeted enablement programs.
  • Reinvent and continuously improve onboarding, ongoing training, and health-based engagement motions.
  • Prioritize an enablement roadmap around the highest-impact levers for retention, saves, and customer health.
  • Influence adoption of new frameworks and motions by partnering with senior leaders across revenue organizations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, RevOps, BizOps, Enablement, Learning, and Content partners.
  • Support complex customer conversations such as saves, renewals, and optimization through clear, actionable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement with direct support to post-live CS revenue organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing enablement teams.
  • Proven success designing and executing end-to-end enablement programs with measurable impact on retention and churn reduction.
  • Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders to translate business goals into enablement strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to move from strategy to hands-on execution and iteration.
  • Expertise in building clear, actionable playbooks for complex customer conversations such as saves, renewals, and optimization.
  • Comfort using data such as health scores, retention metrics, CSAT/NPS, and engagement volume to guide decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement and CX tools such as LMS platforms, Guru, call recording/QA tools, CRM systems, or CS platforms.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
