Description

  • Build and expand trusted, long-term relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, installation, configuration, training, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage a defined portfolio and market segment to drive retention and reduce churn.
  • Oversee OpenTable software installations and customize solutions to fit restaurant operational needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for restaurant partners and resolve cross-functional issues across Product, Support, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Proactively resolve customer cases and daily tasks while maintaining timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide data, insights, and performance reports to help restaurants improve operations and outcomes.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations and strategic presentations to current clients and prospects.
  • Drive engagement on the OpenTable platform to increase reservation availability and utilization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts, pipelines, and win/loss information in account management systems such as Salesforce.
  • Deliver remote training to restaurant staff and conduct meetings via phone, email, webinars, and other virtual channels.
  • Share customer and market feedback with Product and Marketing to inform roadmap and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, consultative selling, or another customer-facing role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations and hands-on experience working in local restaurant markets.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments to solve complex problems and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and use data to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, listening, influencing, training, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organization, documentation, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working in unstructured, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system; OpenTable software experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office tools, and internet-based applications; basic web design or HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for business travel; expenses are reimbursed.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
  • College or university degree is preferred.
