Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary face of Modern Health for priority customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders including benefit managers, HR executives, consultants, and senior business leaders.
  • Partner with clients to define and execute custom program strategies aligned to broader benefits offerings.
  • Conduct regular global account meetings and support global QBRs/ABRs and day-to-day reporting requests.
  • Act as the local point of contact for product updates, escalations, urgent matters, and client communication across regions.
  • Support implementation efforts in coordination with the US-based implementation team.
  • Deliver benefit overview sessions and help clients understand available training topics.
  • Use data and insights to identify client health trends, risks, and opportunities, and to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Drive engagement, utilization, retention, renewals, and product expansion outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to support client success and adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech; experience in employer benefits and healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a large book of business, including 30+ customers across segments.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional APAC regional languages are a plus.
  • Experience achieving retention, adoption, renewal, and expansion targets, including large expansion opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
  • Experience developing account strategies, handling objections, and independently negotiating with clients.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience leading high-visibility customer meetings or reviews such as QBRs/ABRs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with urgency, initiative, and independence.
  • Must be fully authorized to work in Singapore and/or be a Singaporean resident; the role is only eligible to be performed within Singapore.
  • Experience with employer benefits, healthcare, or global APAC client management is preferred.
