Description

  • Work closely with restaurant customers to increase product and feature adoption and improve online availability.
  • Grow customer business through ongoing partnership and account management.
  • Build trusted adviser relationships that support retention of restaurant partners.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of OpenTable’s products and services.
  • Proactively apply company strategies to customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase impact.
  • Share and implement best practices with the sales and restaurant relations teams.
  • Maintain high visibility with customers through frequent in-person field engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and key internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on organizational changes, initiatives, and company vision.

Requirements

  • Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for hospitality and technology.
  • Curious, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to influence effectively and use data to guide decisions.
  • Self-motivated with resilience to thrive under ambitious expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured, forward-thinking environment.
  • Empathetic, team-oriented approach with a strong focus on collaboration and feedback.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Bilingual with strong English and Thai language skills.
  • Ability to work remotely from Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time.
