Description

  • Lead overall management of OpenTable’s most valuable customer segment.
  • Resolve customer cases and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Share data with restaurant partners to influence behavior and drive adoption.
  • Work closely with customers to increase engagement and reservation availability.
  • Respond to concerns from Customer Support and field teams.
  • Deliver remote presentations and training to restaurant customers.
  • Encourage customers to reconsider their business practices in ways that support mutual success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team and individual goals.
  • Help reduce customer churn by demonstrating the value of OpenTable products and services.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in both French and English.
  • Account management experience.
  • Proven record of consultative selling and/or account management.
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure and against bold goals and deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to challenge customers’ thinking.
  • Ability to capture and use data to advise and persuade others in business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, listening, influencing, and training skills.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM solution is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple departments in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
  • High-reaching, tenacious, and results-driven mindset.
