Description

Source, pitch, and onboard institutional-grade capital, market makers, and high-net-worth investors to increase platform TVL.
Leverage existing relationships with CEX VIP client management teams, prime brokers, and OTC desks to direct liquidity into the ecosystem.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with Web2 financial institutions, crypto funds, family offices, and asset managers.
Structure, negotiate, and close liquidity incentives and partnership deals end to end.
Collaborate with product and tokenomics teams to design yield strategies and liquidity programs for institutional clients.
Track progress against measurable growth targets tied to TVL and liquidity volume.

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of business development experience in crypto or Web2 finance.
Experience on a CEX VIP Account Management or Institutional Sales team is a major plus.
An active rolodex of institutional allocators, market makers, VC funds, family offices, or crypto whales.
Understanding of liquidity pools, yield generation, and TVL metrics in Web3.
Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust with high-profile capital providers.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with measurable growth targets and KPI-driven performance.
Experience routing liquidity through institutional channels is preferred.
