Description

  • Manage an active list of national accounts and support growth across key Women’s Health organizations.
  • Meet regularly with executive and clinical leadership, including ELTs, Medical Directors, Lab Directors, and specialty leaders.
  • Assess organizational goals, strategies, and challenges and align Natera solutions to create partnerships.
  • Educate and recruit national organizations to adopt Natera’s test portfolio.
  • Represent Natera at the highest levels with KOL physicians, C-suite leaders, medical directors, administrators, lab directors, and pathology stakeholders.
  • Partner with the VP, Area Director, Regional Director, and field representatives to build national advocates and internal champions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans based on field input, market assessments, and trends.
  • Create business plans aligned to sales goals, expectations, and available resources.
  • Coordinate regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors and provide field direction and feedback.
  • Identify RFP, GPO, and contracting opportunities within large women’s health systems.
  • Develop Natera’s national strategy within national large group accounts and define areas of focus for account roadmaps.
  • Implement scalable solutions to support long-term national account partnerships.
  • Attend local, regional, and national trade shows, meetings, and trainings.
  • Travel approximately 40–50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a related field, with preferred diagnostic experience.
  • 4 years of experience selling into strategic or national accounts.
  • Experience with project planning, including scope, schedule, and documentation.
  • Experience with large health systems or large group organizations.
  • Experience developing and executing strategies across multiple specialties within large health systems.
  • Understanding of healthcare value transformation initiatives and triple aim focus areas.
  • Experience implementing EMR/LIS integrations.
  • Experience in national contracting.
  • Experience in C-suite meetings and negotiations.
  • Experience using Google Suite/Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with reporting, including pulling and analyzing reports.
  • Preferred location in the West Coast, Texas, or Florida.
