Description

  • Lead the overall management of a major segment of restaurant customers.
  • Resolve customer cases and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Turn data into actionable insights and share recommendations with restaurants.
  • Drive customer engagement and increase reservation availability on the OpenTable platform.
  • Respond to restaurant partner concerns from Customer Support and field teams.
  • Deliver remote presentations and training to restaurant customers.
  • Help customers adopt OpenTable in their daily operations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team and individual goals.
  • Reduce customer churn by demonstrating product and service value.

Requirements

  • Experience as an account manager.
  • Ability to sell solutions and build long-term customer value.
  • Deep firsthand knowledge of restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure while meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to influence customers' perspectives.
  • Ability to translate complex data into insights that drive action.
  • Excellent communication, training, and active listening skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across departments.
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Comfort navigating unstructured, fast-paced environments.
