Description

  • Own delivery and adoption of Unframe’s AI solutions across enterprise accounts from post-POC rollout through expansion.
  • Partner with Product Managers to turn customer needs into actionable project plans and execute them at scale.
  • Coordinate alignment among business, IT, and data stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Track adoption, usage, and business impact to measure success and demonstrate value.
  • Lead enablement and training sessions that help customers operationalize Unframe’s AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to keep deployments on time and within scope.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps that AI can address.
  • Provide structured field feedback to inform the product roadmap and delivery playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms with digital transformation elements.
  • Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Business-technical fluency with the ability to translate between executives, engineers, and users.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English; Hebrew is a plus.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven enterprise transformations is preferred.
  • PMO certification or a structured project management background is a plus.
  • Background working with LLM or GenAI products is preferred.
  • Technical fluency, including understanding API integrations or data workflows, is a plus.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.
