Description

  • Qualify inbound leads by speaking with prospects, identifying pain points, and assessing fit for Open.cx.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns to high-potential accounts in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise.
  • Use email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and other creative touchpoints to reach decision-makers.
  • Research prospects’ tech stacks, team structures, and recent activity before outreach.
  • Book well-qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts, sequences, and collateral.
  • Track activity, conversion rates, and CRM notes to monitor performance and improve results.
  • Support special projects such as event follow-up, post-demo follow-up, and pilot feedback gathering.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, inside sales, or lead generation role.
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear outreach and speak confidently with executives.
  • Curious and resourceful approach to prospecting and contact discovery.
  • Comfort with tracking metrics and learning from data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities and frequent experiments.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing tools.
  • Resilience and comfort with rejection as part of the sales process.
