Description

  • Source pipeline for Samsara’s EMEA business through outbound outreach.
  • Drive pipeline through personalized outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Average 60+ calls per day to prospective customers.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to represent the Samsara brand and connect with prospects and partners.
  • Become a product expert and learn Samsara’s sales approach.
  • Maintain detailed records of account interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Work with field Account Executives and Sales leadership on territory and account initiatives.
  • Schedule and attend customer demos as part of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer-facing roles.
  • 6-12 months of sales experience.
  • Highly motivated and committed with a strong desire to work in target-driven sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets or expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curious and able to ask insightful questions.
  • Strong growth mindset.
  • Fluent in German and highly proficient in English.
  • Experience in closing-sales roles (preferred).
  • Experience or achievement beyond work, such as academics, sports, or charity (preferred).
  • Willingness to collaborate and influence in a team-oriented environment (preferred).
  • Excitement about solving new problems in innovative ways (preferred).
  • Motivation to help build a fast-growing business in the IoT and SaaS space (preferred).
  • Must be based in Germany, France, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom.
  • Must be able to work CEST hours.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
