Description

  • Source relevant organizations and contacts using intent tools, sales engagement platforms, and other prospecting resources.
  • Engage outbound prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Evaluate prospect fit against Verifiable’s ideal customer profile, including needs, goals, challenges, and budget.
  • Develop targeted sequences and strategies to educate and nurture prospect organizations toward conversion.
  • Work with Demand Gen and Partnerships to build campaigns for high-intent leads from demand generation programs.
  • Schedule initial sales meetings for Account Executives and help ensure prospects attend prepared.
  • Maintain and update prospect data in Salesforce and report on key metrics such as daily activities, meetings, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other BDRs, leadership, and sales team members to develop outbound playbooks and frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in an SDR or BDR role, preferably in outbound sales.
  • Experience using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and set appointments for Account Executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, ask discovery questions, and communicate the company value proposition clearly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to generate and progress leads.
  • Persistent and resilient in the face of rejection and objections.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with peers, Sales, and other departments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn, intent tools, and parallel dialers as an end user.
