Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for all roles, with a strong focus on engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, and product hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, direct outreach, and other channels.
  • Build candidate pipelines, assess talent, and manage the process through offer close while delivering a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Design and improve a structured, efficient, and equitable interview process.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience, and report insights to leadership.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, and related employee experience processes.
  • Own HR operations including contracts, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, while building scalable processes and playbooks.
  • Design performance management systems, review cycles, feedback frameworks, and calibration processes.
  • Maintain People metrics dashboards, lead engagement and L&D initiatives, and ensure compliance with Jordanian labor law and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment, with a track record of closing senior and technical hires.
  • Demonstrated ability to build recruiting strategies aligned to business objectives and proactive pipeline needs.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss backend systems, AI/ML infrastructure, and product architecture with engineering leaders.
  • A well-established network in the regional tech talent ecosystem and the ability to identify and close candidates in a competitive market.
  • Data-driven recruiting approach with experience tracking and using metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR operations, employment contracts, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Experience designing and running performance management processes in a startup environment, including review cycles, calibration, and feedback frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of labor law and HR compliance requirements in operating countries, especially Jordanian labor law.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, with strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar, plus LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience scaling people functions and recruiting teams during rapid company growth.
