Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of People initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Translate high-level priorities into clear plans, timelines, and action items.
  • Track progress across initiatives, ensure deadlines are met, and surface blockers proactively.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
  • Design workflows, tracking systems, and scalable processes that reduce ad hoc communication.
  • Implement SLAs, project tracking, and visibility across workstreams using tools such as ClickUp.
  • Manage priorities, tasks, and key follow-ups for the CHRO.
  • Act as a central intake point for requests and prioritize work appropriately.
  • Draft internal communications and help ensure alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate with People team leaders across HR, L&D, and Recruiting to support follow-through.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or People Ops, or equivalent experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, or high-ownership executor.
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and a strong track record of getting things done.
  • Comfortable holding others accountable and pushing work forward.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex information.
  • High-ownership, proactive, and biased toward action.
  • Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a Chief of Staff capacity is a bonus.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity, or high-growth environments is a bonus.

  • Base salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 USD.
