Description

  • Serve as the primary People partner to GTM leadership across Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Attend leadership staff meetings and act as a thinking partner on org strategy, talent, and performance.
  • Support additional business functions with consistent people practices and partnership quality across client groups.
  • Partner with leaders and managers on hiring, onboarding, performance differentiation, and manager development.
  • Coach managers through performance conversations, organizational change, and day-to-day team leadership challenges.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including documentation and investigations.
  • Run people cycles such as performance reviews, talent calibrations, compensation planning, engagement action planning, and promotions.
  • Use people data to diagnose organizational trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including at least 4 years in a true Business Partner role.
  • Significant experience partnering with GTM, Sales, or other revenue-focused teams in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
  • Background in at least one deep tech or engineering-first company, such as developer tooling, observability, infrastructure, or adjacent spaces.
  • Ability to hold a broad remit and context-switch between revenue and corporate function conversations.
  • Track record handling complex employee relations matters, including multi-witness investigations, senior-level performance interventions, and multi-state separations.
  • Strong people analytics skills, including interpreting attrition, attainment, ramp, engagement, and organizational data.
  • Multi-state U.S. employment law fluency at a senior PBP level.
  • Experience in a remote-first or distributed company, with ownership of end-to-end People Business Partner strategy for a function or business unit.
  • Experience shaping how people practices are designed, prioritized, and measured across an organization.
  • Comfort working in a company with technical products and a builder-oriented culture.

  • Base salary of $125,500 to $148,000 USD, based on level of experience.
