Description

  • Serve as the People Partner across all business units and act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with business unit leaders and employees to align people strategy with business goals.
  • Own complex employee relations matters end-to-end, including conflict resolution, medical accommodations, leave cases, and legal partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to legal counsel on people-related matters.
  • Lead cross-functional people initiatives from philosophy-setting through execution and communication.
  • Advise on compensation strategy, own role transitions, maintain HR policies, and brief the VP of People on organizational health and emerging themes.
  • Set the philosophy and roadmap for organizational learning and development.
  • Build and facilitate Lunch & Learn content, LMS content in Seismic, and manager and IC curricula.
  • Lead bi-annual performance calibrations and coach leaders on consistency and fairness.
  • Manage and develop the People Operations Senior Associate and maintain core PX programs and vendor relationships.
  • Champion culture and engagement by assessing business unit health and surfacing opportunities for connection and belonging.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automations that streamline people workflows and reduce friction at scale.

Requirements

  • Remote candidates must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
  • Experience partnering with leaders and employees in a People/HRBP or People Operations capacity.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues, conflict resolution, accommodations, and leave cases.
  • Ability to balance empathy with sound judgment and business priorities.
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning, development, or manager enablement programs.
  • Experience leading performance calibration processes and advising on compensation strategy.
  • Ability to manage and develop direct reports.
  • Familiarity with core HR and learning platforms such as Small Improvements, BambooHR, Athena, and Seismic, or similar systems.
  • Experience using AI and automation to improve HR processes is preferred.
  • Background in fast-paced, ambiguous, agency, or similarly dynamic environments is preferred.

Benefits

  • Total compensation of $100,000-$115,000 per year.
  • Compensation is reviewed at least once a year.
  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Option to work from the Philadelphia HQ office if preferred.
