Description

  • Identify, research, and reach out to ideal customer profile accounts in target industries.
  • Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and webinars to engage decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding prospect pain points and fit.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities and advance them through discovery.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust outreach strategy in real time.
  • Work with leadership to refine outreach sequences, messaging, and qualification criteria.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to share insights and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Represent Open.cx at trade shows, networking events, and online webinars to generate interest and leads.
  • Create sales collateral and pitch decks when needed.
  • Run quick demos for smaller prospects and support onboarding for strategic accounts when needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role.
  • Preference for experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated hustle, initiative, and ability to create opportunities proactively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and wearing multiple hats.
  • Curiosity and a learning mindset focused on understanding customers and improving performance.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation platforms.
  • Resilience and comfort with rejection in a sales environment.
