Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and commercial prospects across the APAC region.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns and convert inbound leads into demos and qualified opportunities.
  • Apply Okendo’s Value Selling methodology to move prospects through the sales process and close new business.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand merchant pain points, strategic goals, and existing eCommerce tools.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Okendo’s capabilities to each prospect’s objectives.
  • Source and build pipeline through outbound outreach, events, partner referrals, and industry networking.
  • Attend industry events and conferences across APAC and represent Okendo professionally.
  • Lead contract and commercial negotiations and collaborate on complex or high-value deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and contribute to forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and onboarding to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing Account Executive role in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end through the deal cycle with strong structure and diligence.
  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers and champions.
  • Ability to understand merchant pain points and translate them into a compelling, tailored solution.
  • Comfort attending industry events, conferences, and strategic activations, with willingness to travel within APAC as needed.
  • Solid understanding of CRM best practices; data integrity and accurate forecasting are required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience in the Shopify ecosystem, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, or similar eCommerce tools, is preferred.
