Description

  • Own CRM organization by keeping deal stages, notes, and follow-up dates accurate and up to date.
  • Research key decision-makers at target employers before outreach and important meetings.
  • Create pitch decks, proposals, spreadsheets, and other sales materials across the funnel.
  • Join sales calls to capture information and define next steps.
  • Draft initial and follow-up communications to prospects and partners and manage follow-up cadence across sales leaders.
  • Assist with sales proposals and RFP responses, including basic financial modeling and workflow support using AI tools such as Claude.
  • Conduct competitor, new business, and industry research and maintain a pricing database.
  • Keep return-on-investment benchmarking data current, including incentive offerings, BLS wage data, and turnover data.
  • Support sales conferences by preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and completing post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the top-of-funnel outreach vendor and implement strategies set by the sales team.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to proactively manage up and keep the Sales team aligned on priorities.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, startup, or similarly fast-changing team environment.
  • Experience automating workflows using Claude or a similar AI tool.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the United States for the duration of employment.
  • A passion for Noodle’s mission is preferred.
