Description

  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and referral channels.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points.
  • Optimize landing pages, calls to action, and user flows for conversion.
  • Manage referral programs and viral growth loops.
  • Collaborate with content, social, and paid marketing teams on coordinated growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, retention, and activation metrics.
  • Report experiment results and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and basic funnel analysis.
  • Comfort using email platforms, advertising dashboards, or CRMs.
  • Ability to work independently and focus on measurable results.
