Description

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Navy and Marine Corps sales organization to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain sales professionals while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set sales objectives, performance expectations, and development plans to help the team meet and exceed goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership on market growth strategies, account priorities, and revenue objectives.
  • Guide teams on opportunity qualification, account planning, capture strategy development, and proposal pursuits.
  • Develop customer profiles, market intelligence, and strategic account plans to identify emerging requirements, modernization initiatives, and future opportunities.
  • Oversee competitive assessments and market analyses to improve market position and win rates.
  • Build and maintain a cross-functional operating cadence focused on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, execution, and revenue attainment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, vendor relations, operations, contracts, and supply chain teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships, and represent Noble at conferences, trade shows, and defense forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive business-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional performance selling into the U.S. Defense Industry.
  • Demonstrated history of recruiting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Ability to develop a sales territory plan aligned with the overall corporate strategic plan.
  • Excellent forecasting and qualification skills.
  • Strong business planning skills with the ability to measure progress, identify roadblocks, and develop solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce and NetSuite.
