Description

  • Research and prospect new leads to build pipeline for Sales Reps.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert interest into discovery conversations.
  • Conduct proactive cold outreach through calls and emails to potential customers.
  • Provide online product demonstrations to engage prospects and uncover needs.
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Collaborate within the Sales organization to improve strategy and process.
  • Share market feedback to help inform future product enhancements.
  • Work with sales training, enablement, marketing, and operations teams to support execution.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.
  • Experience generating pipeline through email and phone conversations that lead to qualified meetings.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and sales process training to manage a pipeline and meet or exceed goals.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with different buyer challenges.
  • Ability to establish clear value propositions that connect buyer and user needs to the product and services offered.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate creatively with team members.
  • Experience in education sales or K-12 markets is a plus.
  • Strong interest in working with education-focused products and customers.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $55,000.
  • On-target commission of $25,000.
  • On-target earnings of $80,000.
  • Final compensation based on individual skills, qualifications, and experience.
