Description

  • Own and grow a regional territory by executing a strategic plan and advancing opportunities through the sales process.
  • Partner with regional Account Executives to qualify, prioritize, and shape opportunities through a healthcare and compliance lens.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with enterprise stakeholders across digital health, medical device, and medical imaging accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying business challenges and tailoring AI and cloud solutions to them.
  • Support complex deal cycles by contributing to account strategy, value messaging, and proposal content.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that communicate the value of AI and cloud solutions.
  • Represent Nebius at regional and industry events and in customer meetings.
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce against ACV and activity targets.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal leadership to accelerate revenue growth and client engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a proven hunter track record.
  • Comfortable selling cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as AI solutions and related technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including value mapping, negotiation, multi-year deals, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Consistent growth against quota and high energy, enthusiasm, and drive.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Passion for working in a startup culture and contributing directly to company growth.
  • 5–10 years of experience in hospital, medical device, manufacturing, healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences preferred.
  • Deep understanding of European and UK healthcare systems, scientific data workflows, and regulatory frameworks preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders preferred.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup selling cloud, AI/ML, or HPC solutions preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales preferred.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients preferred.
