Description

  • Drive outbound prospecting across MENA through calls, email, and other multi-channel outreach.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders at private schools, international schools, and school groups.
  • Qualify inbound interest and route opportunities through direct sales and partner channels.
  • Research accounts and develop targeted outreach strategies across multiple countries and markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Regional Partnership Managers, Marketing, and regional partners to align outreach with regional priorities.
  • Support partner-led opportunities by generating and qualifying pipeline in key markets.
  • Manage activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Share regional market insights, messaging feedback, and trends to improve go-to-market strategy.
  • Meet or exceed goals for meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and market coverage.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales development, lead generation, or business development experience preferred.
  • Experience working across international markets or diverse regions is a plus.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and strategic outreach.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build pipeline in less structured or emerging markets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage a global audience in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple countries, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce and a Sales Engagement Platform such as Salesloft.
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on learning, adaptability, and ownership.
  • Passion for education and improving outcomes for teachers and students.
