Description

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned advertising clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
  • Partner with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to execute campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively address issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales on additional services.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Represent the client’s voice internally to inform product, service, and process improvements.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns with urgency and empathy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video, and native formats.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working at an advertising agency or media company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs is preferred.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models is preferred.
