Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Generate leads, meetings, and sales opportunities through existing relationships in clinics and the industry.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across the full sales cycle.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Track pipeline activity and report progress using HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align internal resources with market needs and product objectives.
  • Work autonomously to advance deals and support territory growth.
  • Travel approximately 10-15 days per month to support customer engagement and regional sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac remote monitoring devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, or loop recorders.
  • Strong existing relationships with cardiologists and electrophysiologists in the Northeast.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiology clinics and the regional healthcare landscape.
  • Experience with a consultative sales approach and longer sales cycles.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools to manage sales pipelines.
  • Ability to compete effectively in the cardiac remote monitoring market.
  • Fully remote role with travel approximately 10-15 days per month.
