Description

  • Own the strategy and business plan for the UKI Strategic segment, including revenue and headcount goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly experienced Account Executives.
  • Drive large enterprise wins of $1m+ while balancing land-and-expand opportunities.
  • Support pipeline generation and new logo hunting across strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Alliances, Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Customer First, Legal, Business Value, and Marketing.
  • Work with Alliances and GSI teams to strengthen and grow key partner relationships.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on critical deal opportunities.
  • Support the team in using MEDDPICCC to manage deal complexity, identify gaps, and maximize opportunities.
  • Lead forecasting, deal accountability, and performance tracking using a data-driven approach.
  • Provide performance reviews and support career development for team members.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a majors or strategic sales segment with Account Executives selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of executing multi-million-dollar deals in large organizations.
  • Experience building partner business plans and relationships to drive strategic alignment and growth.
  • Experience coaching others on MEDDICC or a similar sales framework.
  • Experience managing a growth-focused team with success bringing on new logos.
  • Ability to build a culture of trust and collaboration with a strong coaching mindset.
  • Experience leading through significant growth and/or change in a build-phase technology company.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to develop sales talent over time.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results.
  • Experience working in UKI or a similar regional enterprise sales environment (implied by the role).
