Description

  • Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops with prospective clients alongside the CEO to map processes, establish impact baselines, and produce AS-IS and TO-BE flow diagrams.
  • Lead the AS-IS process mapping workstream, including steps, owners, systems, handoffs, and failure points.
  • Build the baseline and TO-BE business case that supports each VAP proposal.
  • Qualify leads between the initial meeting and the workshop by confirming the problem, decision-maker authority, and willingness to act.
  • Run the Hypothesis phase of each VAP by mapping opportunity drivers, scoring them by impact, feasibility, and speed, and selecting the first deployment target.
  • Document client processes with engineering-level precision, including inputs, outputs, owners, systems, data flows, and exception handling.
  • Design the AI agent blueprint for each VAP, including responsibilities, data needs, integrations, and human touchpoints.
  • Manage delivery cadence through daily standups, weekly deep-dives, and biweekly steering sessions.
  • Build and maintain standard templates for workshop facilitation, AS-IS mapping, and VAP scoping.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in process consulting, operations, business analysis, or digital transformation with direct client exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to map complex operational processes and translate them into structured technical documentation.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or structured interviews with senior stakeholders, including managers, directors, and C-suite leaders.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, as clients operate in both languages.
  • Daily, practical use of AI tools such as LLMs, generative AI, and AI-assisted workflows in your work.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the process is built while executing it.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation tools such as RPA, Make, Zapier, n8n, API integrations, or no-code/low-code tools.
  • Practical understanding of how AI agents work, including what they can and cannot do and how they integrate into business workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise data systems such as ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), or WMS.
  • Cloud platform knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage.
  • Databricks familiarity is a strong plus.
  • Industry experience in retail, distribution, logistics, finance, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Basic Python or SQL knowledge is preferred, including the ability to read a query.
