Description

  • Build AI agents and automations for recruiting workflows including sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, candidate research, pipeline operations, and reporting.
  • Own the TA AI and automation roadmap end to end, including prioritization, sequencing, communication, and stakeholder updates.
  • Partner with Corporate Technology to align solutions with company AI tooling, model access, infrastructure, security posture, and roadmap.
  • Develop a clear point of view on where AI and automation should and should not be used across the recruiting funnel.
  • Lead build-vs.-buy assessments of vendors, internal platforms, and custom solutions based on scalability, cost, safety, compliance, and maintainability.
  • Ship strategically prioritized projects while also delivering fast ad hoc tools and quick-turn solutions when needed.
  • Partner with the TA Enablement team to create AI literacy, documentation, prompt patterns, guardrails, and best practices for recruiters and sourcers.
  • Own the safety, compliance, and governance of AI systems, including PII handling, access controls, audit trails, data residency, and ITAR/CUI considerations.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, time saved, quality, error rates, and cost per outcome, and retire underperforming systems.
  • Establish lightweight engineering practices such as version control, testing, evals, deployment, and monitoring to make AI work durable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience building production software, including 1–2+ years focused on applied AI or LLM-based systems.
  • Experience building AI agents or LLM-driven automations using agents, tool use, RAG, evaluations, and prompt design.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs and integrations, version control, testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment.
  • Experience integrating with SaaS APIs and connecting workflows across multiple tools, including auth, rate limits, pagination, and webhooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify high-leverage operational opportunities, ship working systems, and quantify impact.
  • Strong build-vs.-buy judgment with the ability to evaluate scalability, cost, safety, compliance, and maintainability.
  • Comfort owning a roadmap end to end and communicating progress to non-technical leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating operational pain into technical scope.
  • Curiosity about the recruiting or TA domain and willingness to work directly with recruiters and sourcers to understand their workflows.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations is strongly preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Prior experience embedded in or partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or People teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Experience designing AI literacy programs, internal enablement, or hands-on training for non-technical users is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as defense, aerospace, financial services, or healthcare is preferred.
