Description

  • Build and deliver AI solutions that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features.
  • Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve both product functionality and day-to-day development workflows.
  • Own the AI solutions you develop and ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
  • Communicate effectively and contribute across teams in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Validate ideas early through experimentation and user feedback while shipping impactful features.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building production software systems, in backend and/or full-stack environments.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI-powered applications.
  • Proven track record of shipping software to production that is actively used by users.
  • Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and define scope in ambiguous situations.
  • Comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating pragmatically.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with peers, product managers, and designers.
  • Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or similar infrastructure/devops tooling is a plus.
