Description

  • Own and execute the company’s B2B paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
  • Manage campaign strategy, creative briefing, budget allocation, audience enrichment, bid optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain a rigorous testing program for creative, landing pages, audience segmentation, and copy.
  • Develop programmatic out-of-home strategies to support key industry events and high-value B2B markets.
  • Grow qualified organic traffic through search engines and agentic channels such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
  • Design and operate a full-funnel demand generation program that converts awareness and content engagement into pipeline.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to define lead scoring, handoff criteria, and MQL-to-SQL conversion standards.
  • Build and scale account-based marketing programs for enterprise, financial services, and professional services targets.
  • Work closely with AI-SDR and outbound teams to connect paid signals and intent data with personalized outreach.
  • Own reporting on CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution, influenced revenue, and attribution across demand channels.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales and BDR teams to align on ICP, pipeline targets, and lead quality feedback.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align messaging and amplify campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing experience, with meaningful tenure at B2B companies.
  • Experience at VC-backed startups, ideally at the Series B–D stage, is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager in a B2B context.
  • Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, including nurture flows, scoring models, and attribution logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect paid performance to pipeline outcomes and report on marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with BI tools or spreadsheet modeling and executive-level performance storytelling.
  • Experience working with sales and BDR teams in a B2B demand environment.
  • Understanding of Salesforce lead flow, campaign tracking, and attribution is required.
  • Familiarity with signal-based marketing tools such as Clay, Deepline, or Bombora is a plus.
  • Comfort using Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools beyond native ad platform reporting.
  • Active, practical daily use of AI tools for ad copy, audience segmentation, forecasting, or workflow automation.
  • Experience with programmatic out-of-home, event-adjacent paid media, CTV, or audio advertising is a plus.
  • Background in data, research, intelligence, or media businesses is a plus.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in financial services or professional services is a plus.
