Description

  • Evaluate outsourced paid social campaign performance and turn insights into recommendations that improve outcomes.
  • Shape paid media strategy by identifying new channel opportunities, allocating budget, and testing and scaling what works.
  • Own tracking, reporting, and ongoing optimization of CAC across acquisition channels.
  • Translate performance data into actionable decisions about where to invest, scale, or pull back.
  • Serve as the single owner of website traffic insights and performance.
  • Use Google Analytics to monitor channel performance and user behavior.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and reduce drop-off across the digital intake flow.
  • Execute website content updates and influence website mapping decisions.
  • Serve as the internal SEO subject matter expert and partner with external SEO/GEO agencies.
  • Own and improve presence across directories and local discovery platforms such as Psychology Today and Google Business Profile.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in growth, performance, and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Preferred experience in behavioral health or healthcare.
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Meta Ads Manager experience is required; Google Ads experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Proven ownership of acquisition channels and measurable outcomes, not just execution.
  • Experience working with SEO teams or agencies and evaluating SEO performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with marketing data, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and make sound tradeoff decisions.
  • Comfort operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment.
