Description

  • Lead the strategic partnership with TikTok Shop management and category teams.
  • Own the end-to-end launch and rapid scaling of the brand presence on TikTok Shop.
  • Drive strategy for the TikTok Affiliate Center, including recruiting, vetting, and managing creators.
  • Execute TikTok-specific growth programs such as Deal-of-the-Day, shop-funded coupons, and TikTok Shop Ads.
  • Partner with creative teams to optimize product detail pages with TikTok-native video and imagery.
  • Define and track TikTok-specific performance metrics, including GMV, creator collaboration rate, and shop health ratings.
  • Collaborate with Channel Operations to meet fulfillment SLAs and maintain top-tier seller performance.
  • Work across supply chain, creative, finance, and executive stakeholders to align on social commerce strategy.
  • Identify emerging trends and adjust inventory or marketing plans to capture demand.
  • Manage the full P&L for TikTok Shop, including creator commissions, sample costs, and platform fees.

Requirements

  • Experience in TikTok Shop or a similar social-selling environment such as Instagram Shopping or Whatnot.
  • Proven ability to lead high-stakes conversations with external platform partners and internal executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L.
  • Experience building financial models that forecast social commerce spikes and viral demand.
  • Strong test-and-learn mindset with the ability to pivot strategy based on trends.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with supply chain, creative, and finance partners in a complex marketplace environment.
  • Comfort operating in a 24/7 social commerce environment.
  • College degree not required; non-linear career paths are welcome.
  • Ability to work remotely from one of Spreetail’s eligible Work Your Way states.
