Description

  • Identify friction in the first deployment and onboarding experience.
  • Document common user issues and patterns observed during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve onboarding flows.
  • Build production-grade demo applications that showcase Sevalla as an alternative to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Kubernetes setups.
  • Support technical validation during evaluation and help deliver product overviews and demos for qualified users.
  • Help build and maintain funnel visibility across signup, activation, and paid conversion stages.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points and onboarding friction.
  • Document key insights and surface opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Support lifecycle and onboarding workflows in Mixpanel, Intercom, and HubSpot.
  • Use tools such as Mixpanel, Intercom, HubSpot, Slack, and related systems to track work and maintain communication.

Requirements

  • Interest in GTM and technology.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools and processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a global team.
  • Based in the United States.
  • Available for a part-time schedule of 10–20 hours per week.
  • Able to work from August 2026 through December 2026.
  • Comfortable using Mixpanel, Intercom, HubSpot, Slack, and related tools.
  • Experience with product demos, technical validation, or similar customer-facing technical work is preferred.
