Description

  • Own the renewal process and lead all expansion efforts, including upsells and cross-sells.
  • Meet or exceed assigned renewal and expansion quotas to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic retention and growth plans in partnership with a Customer Success Manager.
  • Build pipeline through weekly outbound activities and targeted account planning.
  • Lead client reviews and proactive outreach to strengthen relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Represent Mongoose at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and onsite visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Leadership, Product, and Client Success to share insights, address risks, and support customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track client health metrics, renewals, upsells, and interactions.
  • Bring the voice of the customer to Product by sharing feedback, ideas, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven success carrying a renewal and/or expansion quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets and growing accounts through upsells and cross-sells.
  • Experience building healthy pipelines and achieving strong win rates.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and think strategically.
  • Experience using data to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and shape account strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a partnership model with a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
  • Higher education experience is a plus, but not required.
  • This position is fully remote, with working hours primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.

  • Base salary of $80,000 with $70,000 variable compensation for on-target earnings of $150,000.
