Description

  • Present Mom’s Meals products and services to managed care organizations, case managers, social workers, physicians, nurses, and dietitians.
  • Manage and prioritize qualified Tier account engagements using company programs and systems.
  • Build efficient weekly sales routes to support meetings, drop-ins, and client education opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, in-service presentations, and conferences to reach target audiences.
  • Drive sales forecasts, growth goals, and key initiatives within the assigned territory.
  • Summarize weekly sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, call notes, and follow-ups.
  • Travel regionally each week and nationally as needed to represent Mom’s Meals at conferences and sales routes.
  • Coordinate closely with Internal Client Support Managers to align on account management metrics and CRM expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience in managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospital, or medical equipment settings.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare benefit programs.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and presenting to care providers serving high-risk member populations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Strong background in Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care organizations.
  • Clinical credentialing in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition, with the ability to communicate the value of medical nutrition in reducing healthcare costs for high-risk populations.
  • Familiarity with and contacts in the regional Medicaid market, along with experience in Medicaid service provision.
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time for day and overnight trips, including occasional national travel, and flexibility for virtual meetings.
  • Licensed social workers or nursing case managers with customer relationship experience are strongly preferred.
  • Non-credentialed candidates may be considered if they have experience networking and upselling SDOH benefits to field-based Medicaid case managers and supervisors.
  • Familiarity with Health-Related Social Needs 1115 program is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $78,836 to $105,000.
  • 15% quarterly bonus.
  • Remote full-time work arrangement.
