Description

  • Own the full client relationship for a book of enterprise accounts.
  • Drive product adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion across accounts.
  • Manage renewals and ensure they are earned through ongoing customer value.
  • Build executive relationships and alignment with CHRO, CFO, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on compensation, governance, and compliance challenges as they arise.
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies across large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Generate pipeline within client accounts and manage quota, renewals, and expansion end-to-end.
  • Orchestrate internal cross-functional resources and executives to advance opportunities.
  • Translate customer outcomes into renewal and expansion narratives.
  • Help customers adopt additional products and broaden platform usage over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in Account Management, Enterprise Account Executive, or equivalent B2B SaaS GTM roles.
  • Proven ownership of GRR and NRR in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated success in retention and expansion with quantified results.
  • Ability to activate expansion strategies within accounts with a large stakeholder group.
  • Track record of building trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Understanding of customers’ business objectives and the regulatory environment affecting compensation strategy.
  • Experience building alignment across VP and Director-level stakeholders in HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.
  • Ability to own pipeline generation, renewals, expansion, and quota end-to-end.
  • Background in tech or enterprise SaaS selling to HR or Finance buyers, preferred.
  • Experience selling AI-native platforms, expanding from one product to a second, or consulting/project management experience, preferred.

  • Competitive compensation with a targeted base salary of $130,000-$140,000 and $260,000-$280,000 OTE.
