Description

  • Own the global strategy and performance for direct field pipeline and indirect partner-led pipeline creation, coverage, and acceleration.
  • Lead integrated demand generation efforts for mid- and bottom-funnel acquisition campaigns that advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee content and customer marketing initiatives that drive post-sale engagement, adoption, brand advocacy, and net revenue retention.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic AI and productivity ecosystem partners, including co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing strategies that support Dropbox’s distribution networks, channel partners, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Build and scale the account-based marketing framework, including account selection, tiering, multi-channel orchestration, and tailored campaigns.
  • Partner with PLG, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to convert high self-serve usage into larger team or corporate agreements.
  • Align with regional Sales VPs and Alliance leaders on territory strategy, partner incentives, target account lists, and outbound cadences.
  • Oversee regional field events, customer advisory boards, executive roundtables, and major industry activations.
  • Manage, mentor, and scale a globally distributed team across integrated marketing, regional field marketing, partner/channel marketing, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility across field marketing, partner/channel marketing, and demand generation.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary marketing teams, with direct oversight of demand generation, content/creative production, or customer marketing.
  • Experience managing joint marketing programs with major technology platforms, SaaS alliances, or AI ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales VPs, directors, and external partner leadership in a multi-tiered GTM environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-month B2B sales cycles, buying committees, account progression, and revenue attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience using pipeline metrics, win rates, funnel velocity, and ROI modeling to guide investment decisions.
  • Preferred: proven success in hybrid B2B GTM motions using product-led metrics such as PQLs and active usage.
  • Preferred: experience supporting multi-region sales and partner organizations while balancing global consistency with local market nuances.
  • Preferred: familiarity with modern business tech stacks, including PRM, CRM, MAP, and ABM/intent data platforms.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of the AI landscape, developer tool ecosystems, and cloud productivity paradigms.

Benefits

  • US Zone 2 salary range of $247,900 to $335,300 USD.
  • US Zone 3 salary range of $220,300 to $298,100 USD.
  • The role is not available in US Zone 1.
