Description

  • Research and identify target enterprise accounts using intent data, account signals, and internal intelligence systems.
  • Build and execute personalized outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to reach technical and business stakeholders.
  • Convert open-source users into commercial enterprise customers through targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Qualify inbound enterprise MQLs within SLA and assess fit based on ICP, workload, scale, environment, and timing.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and maintain clear qualification notes for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise AEs, marketing, field marketing, and PMM on account-based plays, campaigns, messaging, and event follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate activity and qualification data in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
  • Track pipeline contribution, conversion rates, outbound activity, and CRM data quality.
  • Optimize sequencing and messaging based on performance data and prospect feedback.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to sales and marketing on objections, sentiment, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology.
  • Experience prospecting into large, complex organizations with 5,000+ employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with outbound sequencing tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, cloud storage, AI/ML, or related enterprise software.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and qualification methodologies, with MEDDICC preferred.
  • Self-directed with strong research skills and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
