Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering business needs and applying criteria such as BANT.
  • Book and document qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, emails, and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target lists, and campaign support.
  • Track activity levels and pipeline metrics to meet or exceed quota-based goals.
  • Support U.S. trade shows, virtual events, and inbound follow-up efforts when needed.
  • Share field feedback and participate in team meetings to align on strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads and booking meetings with U.S. prospects.
  • Experience engaging U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers, including knowledge of U.S. business culture and time zones.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours, covering East Coast or West Coast time zones.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in cold calling and concise outreach messaging.
  • Strong organization, time management, and self-motivation for a remote, high-activity environment.
  • Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, or dialers.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals in a quota-driven role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Persistence, resilience, coachability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales organization.
