Description

  • Take senior ownership of Salesforce and the wider GTM tech stack, including complex configuration, automation, and integrations.
  • Design intelligent workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, or Claude to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
  • Define and enforce data governance frameworks to keep GTM data accurate, consistent, and reliable.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate commercial needs into scalable automations, routing rules, and workflows.
  • Support the full revenue motion from lead generation through renewal with system and process design.
  • Produce forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue analytics for GTM leaders and Finance.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues by reading API logs and identifying root causes.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce logic and automations, including flows, process builder, custom objects, and validation rules.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on ownership of Salesforce and experience building logic and automations.
  • Experience with advanced Salesforce tools such as flows, process builder, custom objects, and validation rules.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot systems and resolve integration issues using API logs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM data models, including lifecycle, opportunity management, territory and routing logic, and renewal workflows.
  • SQL literacy, including the ability to write and interpret SQL for analysis and debugging.
  • Comfort communicating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership.
  • Experience with tools such as Gong, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft.
  • Experience using Make, n8n, or Claude to design workflows.
