Description

  • Engage potential wealth management clients over Zoom, by phone, and in person to understand their needs and present Mercer Advisors' services.
  • Use financial expertise and internal resources to create tailored value propositions for each client.
  • Own the sales pipeline from start to finish, including converting and nurturing prospects.
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for every potential client throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a self-motivated leader within a fast-growing, high-visibility part of the organization.
  • Support clients in identifying wealth management solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate across the organization to help clients achieve personalized financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license required, unless exempt through an approved designation in the applicable state(s).
  • CFP® designation preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred, and managing sales pipelines.
  • Experience building relationships with and understanding the needs of potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, highly coachable, and growth-oriented mindset with strong drive.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and investment management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Availability to work standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
